After a year and a half planning, researching, obsessing, and boring my family and friends with gear jargen, base weights, anxieties, I have one more day.
One more yoga pose with Dad, Bob. He’s 84!
One more workout with my daughter, Rachelle.
One more quick visit with friends.
One more hug from my son, Cody.
First day on the trail tomorrow😳
Looking beautiful and centred. Sending a white protective light to surround you and your tent day and night. Much love, Cat.

Hi Amy. Yes it was surprisingly emotional. So much has happened in the last 24 hours. It’s hard to get it all into the blog. But I’m trying. It’s been really fun so far. And it’s only one day.
